Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the day your item is delivered. If 30 days have gone by since you received it, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, complete with tags. It must also be in the original packaging.
Swimwear and underwear cannot be returned once the hygiene sticker has been removed.
Earrings, knickers and cosmetics cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
If you return items that have been worn, have marks on them, smell of perfume, or no longer have the original tags, hygiene sticker or packaging, then we will return them to you and you will not receive a refund.
Please fill in the returns form that came with your order, and place it with your item when you send it back to us.
If you can’t find the returns form, please email email@example.com for another copy.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us and you must return items at your own cost. We recommend you return items using a tracked service to ensure they reach us safely.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
The cost of the initial shipping to you will not be reimbursed.
You will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the item unless it was faulty when you received it. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange the return of a faulty item at no cost to yourself.
